COVID-19
The Golden Hour is open for business at 147 Clement Street from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday – Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sundays. We are currently closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
To ensure the comfort and safety of our community:
- Masks are required at all times in shop, including dressing rooms
- Please maintain a safe social distance of at least 6 feet.
- We are currently limiting the capacity of customers in the store.
SALE
All sale items, meaning items marked down or items included in a promotional sale, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
PROMO CODES
All items purchased using a promotional code, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be used in-store and on-line and never expire!
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship primarily using the United States Postal Service. Orders are processed and shipped from our shop in San Francisco, typically within 1-3 business days after being placed. Orders may take up to three business days for tracking to be updated. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Due to Covid-19, it may take longer to fulfill your order as we navigate unforeseen delays and ensure the health and safety of our team. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government. Fragrance cannot be shipped internationally. Please note that all international orders are Final Sale.
LOCAL PICK UP
We are currently offering free local pickup at our 147 Clement Street location Tuesday - Sunday from 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
Please select the "PICK UP" option at checkout to avoid any extra shipping fees.
We kindly request that you please pick up your order within 3 days from the date you place your order.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns for eligible orders for exchange or store credit. The returned merchandise must be in original, un-worn/un-used condition with the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. The Golden Hour does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.

TAX
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, The Golden Hour reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.
The Golden Hour does not guarantee the availability of any item listed on thegoldenhoursf.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, The Golden Hour will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
Please note that upon placing an order a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that The Golden Hour shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, The Golden Hour will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
